Return/Exchange policy
Details of product return policy are as follows:
1. Regulations on time for notice and return of products to be returned:
Please notify and send products to Minh Quan within seven (07) days or fourteen (14) days (from the date of receipt of the product to the date of delivery of products on the form).
Particularly for cases where the products show signs of use; lack of products, accessories, gifts; or broken: please notify Minh Quan within 48 hours from receiving the product.
2. Cases of acceptance and return of products:
The wrong product, wrong color, wrong size.
Communication lack of products, accessories, gifts.
The product is broken before reaching the customer.
The product has been used or expired.
Counterfeit / Imitation Products.
Product is defective by the manufacturer.
Pay back for customer’s needs (only for 14-day policy products and not for non-return products).
3. Conditions for application of the return:
The product is intact and full of packaging, temples.
The product is full of accessories, gifts, warranty cards, invoices or receipts of purchase of products, instructions and related documents (if any).
Unused products (except for cases of change due to technical errors or signs of use).
4. Remarks on return of product:
– The policy on reimbursement shall not apply to the following cases:
Buy-in or special offer.
The product is subject to the supplier’s own return policy (policy is updated in details at the product information page.
Products of the refrigeration industry or large furniture products are technically defective (you will be guided warranty under the regulations of the manufacturer).
– If the product has exceeded the replacement time limit and within the warranty period, Minh Quan will provide the warranty according to the supplier’s regulations.
♦ How to send products back to Minh Quan:
You can send the product back to Minh Quan free of charge in 02 ways as follows:
1) Take the product directly to Minh Quan’s exchange center in Hanoi
Hanoi: ACCI Building, 210 Le Trong Tan Street, Khuong Mai Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
5) Minh Quan to pick up the product at the order address:
This form only applies to the shipping area where the delivery service is located at (Please contact the Support Center for advice on applicable areas).

– Minh Quan supports you different payment options based on the method of payment you have selected at the time of purchase:
Bank transfer: 03-05 business days.
Domestic ATM: 05-07 business days.
Credit / debit card: 05-15 business days.
